For example, when I buy a bottle of Young Living?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s peppermint essential oil I can use it for the following: a drop in a glass of water for flavor and nutrition, in a spray bottle to freshen the air or bed linens, a couple drops on a damp wash cloth for a dryer sheet, in my cold-air diffuser to remove unwanted air-borne particles/bad odors, a drop for flavoring in a homemade salad dressing, a drop in my cup of tea, a drop in my kitchen cabinets to repell insects, a drop on my body for achy muscles, a drop rubbed on my temples and the back of my neck when I have a headache, rubbed on the soles of my feet when I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢m overheated or have a fever, inhaled when I feel slugglish and tired at a class or while driving, and more!
CAUTION: DO NOT attempt to use a store bought essential oil in these ways, they are NOT pure and you will hurt yourself - yes, that includes essential oils sold at health food stores!
Just that one essential oil alone, I can use in more than 14 different ways - that means I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢m buying ?¢‚Ǩ?ìone?¢‚Ǩ¬ù item that takes the place of at least 14 others that I would normally have to go out and buy if I didn?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t know I could use therapeutic-grade peppermint in those ways.
